The FCCT is pleased to announce that from April it will be stocking the Mekong Review, a quarterly journal of fine writing, literary reviews and political essays on Southeast Asia, only available in Bangkok at the FCCT and limited outlets.
Mekong Review was launched in November 2015 and has quickly established a reputation as the finest literary magazine in the region.
In December 2017 the New York Times described it as "...a welcome platform for Southeast Asian writers and scholars of the region, as well as a sharp political voice in countries where speech is perennially threatened."
It has also been commended for its "willingness to engage with, and sometimes interrogate, a diverse mix of writers, artists, thinkers and politicians who are interested in the region." (Patrick Allington, Flinders University)
And was described by the Financial Times as "a polished quarterly journal."
